That is because the location is at the stop sign facing north at 102nd Ave. 109th st and 102nd Ave

I am sure there is some right of way there south of the sidewalk and not the home owner property. Even if not , sight restrictions at intersections are an addressable issue to home owners are they not? Maybe a code issue at the very least, but to have a citizen contact the home owner for this seems out of line.
