Description
The street light is completely covered up by this tree that has overgrown. It's a dark section and all the folks that cross over to get into the parks use this access. There is no crosswalk, and no lighting because of this. Can you get that tree trimmed and light in view before winter hours when folks who hike use that crosswalk even in the dark in order to get to the parks? I thank you. Can a crosswalk also be painted?
