Hello I own a condo located at 149 grant ave next door to 147 grant the property has been abandoned for years it is attached to another abandoned building I believe 145 grant there has been multiple fires at this location constant drug activity the property is not secure and even when it was boarded up there is no fence so the back of the building is always used for drug activity
Every day there is more trash being dumped and it is really affecting the neighborhood
