Description

House at 302 Stevens Avenue has had a leak of water flowing from the front of their property to the sidewalk for at least a week now. The water is going to damage the sidewalk and there is enough water coming out that it flows downhill to the nearest storm drain which is several houses away.

I am unsure if the homeowner is aware of the situation or if they are just ignoring it, but it's been like this rain or shine for a few days now.
