Spoke to Resident onsite and provided phone number for Risk Mgt. Unsure if a claim would be accepted due to explaining that it is private property with Easement behind home. Stated that I will forward request to Stormwater to see if they can assist but they may not be able to because there does not appear to be access. Fwd to Dept to review further
