City of Oakland, you are officially full of it. You haven't fixed this problem at all.

MH... I ran into the City painter who was tasked with painting this out when I was walking Ingo. Apparently his hose wouldn't reach and he wasn't set up with rollers to paint it out. We need a roller crew... not a spray crew.
