Description

The left turn lane from US19 N onto 70th Ave is not long enough to accommodate 1 whole turning lane worth of cars. This leads to people sitting in the left lane waiting to enter the turn lane or people running the turn signal light. It is made worse by cars turning right from 70th onto 19S that do not yield to u-turns from said turn lane.
