Every night all the downtown sim 4 bus stops are extremely crowded. Every night the Sim 4 bus passengers are packed in like sardines all the way to the door. Passenger are angry and tired. Many people can not get on the bus because the bus is full to the brim. If I am lucky enough to even get on the bus on average wait is 45min to 1hr 20 min.

This is the response from the MTA. On October 7, schedule adjustments were made to the SIM 4 and SIM 4c to mitigate overcrowding and close gaps in service during the 7-8 pm time period. The bus division continues to monitor the new express bus service to ensure buses operate as close as possible to schedule. Closed
