Description
The alley has significant potholes and the gravel/dirt continually runs off into the street. The gravel/dirt accumulates on the road impeding the proper flow of water runoff to the sewers, which in turn causes the street to flood during heavy rain. This issue happens every summer during the rainy season. I have suggested in the past that the City pave this part of the alley, however, the alley is always just filled, smoothed, and bladed. The only way to prevent this from happening again next summer will be to permanently fill these potholes with asphalt and pave this part of the alley (or the entire alley). Thank you for your help.
