Seriously? Who could privately install a large metal street sign next to a traffic light?

Staff have verified that all elements of the signalized intersection are installed as designed. The internally illuminated street name signs on the traffic signal mast arm, that you may be referring to, are one-sided signs.

The sign referred to as being "missing" from in front of the Pathways school building would have been a private sign. All public infrastructure has been verified.

This sign was not a 'private' sign and here is a photo from Google maps proving that. The sign had always been two-sided until recently and that's what the original poster was concerned about. To just say that it was a private sign and is one-sided is incorrect. I believe the city changed this when that part of Stone School Road was reconstructed last year.
Please give the correct information when replying about issues. So the question is, why was it changed to only be one-sided?

Ok, it wasn't a two-sided sign, the sign was re-installed backwards, here's the other side looking South on Stone School, the side north-facing side is blank and now it has been changed to the south-facing side.
Mystery solved, but had nothing to do with a 'private sign'.
