Description

Unit 2411 removed the existing unit partition wall and ceiling and encroached upon ~18+ sq ft of common HOA space, re-erected the partition wall directly abutting neighboring unit. Kitchen was moved to new location in unit 2411 and possibly impacts the fire sprinkler system, electrical and plumbing. There are no work Construction permits on file for this unit. Building inspection is required to ensure building/HOA safety and adjust tax basis based on new sq footage of the unit.
