Description

I suppose I could have called this Illegal Dumping, but there are dozens of those reports. There is a offset path along Glen Cove Parkway that leads to the elementary school, it winds down behind the shrubbery along the down portion of Glen Cove Parkway. It has become littered with more than a dozen animal feces piles. This is disgusting, as are the pet owners who don't clean it up after their animal fouls the sidewalk. It is also a health hazard especially as it dries and some of it becomes air born-this is a path where children and their parents walk to and from school. Many others use the paved pathway for exercise and recreation. Please post signs that list the ordinance these people are breaking and note that they are required to pick of after their pets.
