Drainage from Old Annapolis Rd between 9895 -9907 Old Annapolis Rd. is washing away soil from these three properties. I live at 9901 and have discovered that the pad on which my heat pump has sunk over 1 inch and there are now cracks in both the first floor ceiling and basement concrete which we have been told are caused by ground settlement. The neighbors at 9895 have lost a pine tree. The road has a large hump/mound in the middle which causes the rain to flow down these three pieces of property. My neighbor, who sent in the original complaint, has not heard anything from your office concerning this problem.

I would love to speak to someone from your department or have someone come out to see the damage we have received from heavy rainstorms. We feel that curbs and storm drains need to installed to correct this problem.
