May I ask what is going on at the above address - this was the old "Sugar Room" . I have been noticing a lot of activity there on the front porch. Doors are open and table on the porch looking like they are ready to take a cover charge to get in? We in this community are sick and tired of the lack of enforcement with a condemned notice on the building doors......CONDEMNED. How are we/the city supposed to attract health care professionals, research scientist (marine and human) in the so call INNOVATION DISTRICT when you have unsafe condemned buildings being used, the homeless, drug alcohol affected people ARE EVERYWHERE in the area?? Please PLEASE look into this we are trying to make our blight community into a prosperous one. You won't appeal too innovative people in the Innovation District with nonsense like this going on every single day.
