Same issue as last year and no action with same crossing guard. Guard does not go into street to waive kids / parents across at intersection. she will some out 1-2 ft from curb only and cars can't even see her. people are crossing on both sides so need her to consider being more involved instead of being in her headphones listening to music or in the phone. she simply has her headphones on but not directing any traffic. this is a busy intersection in Grand/Warren with ps16, prep school and daycares all within a few blocks. she needs proper training ASAP as last year she did not even leave the sidewalk the times I saw her.
