Description

Sidewalk is right at my back steps. I walk with a cane and a walker and have trouble walking here. It is much worse in the winter. I called city hall a while ago but did not think to tell them I was handicapped. I find myself worrying about winter coming.

Q. Please describe the issue of the problem with sidewalk.
A. sidewalk at my back door is raised and buckled due to tree stump. e difficulty walking over it to get to my back steps. In the winter, it is more difficult and I am 77 and afaid I will fall on it. I walk with a cane and a walker and I was hoping that it could be fixed before winter. I called city hall a while ago but did not think to tell them I was a little disabled. The area is becoming more difficult for me to get around. The sidewalk is on Fairmount st. My house is on the corner of Nursery and Fairmount. Ablue 2-family house.
Q. Damage enough to be a hazard?
A. Yes , very much so.
Q. Has anyone been injured?
A. Not yet.
