I have seen several places tagged by this person south of 139 as well. The bench outside of Square One at the corner of Liberty and St. Pauls being one place that stands out.

Yeah. This person must have been locked up or something because I haven’t seen this tag for a while and he/she is back. Also on the store front on Kennedy and Cliff street. Maybe some cctv cameras can catch this person.

Any timeline when this will be fixed?? The more we keep it around, the more inviting it is to other taggers.
