Description

What is the hell wrong with City after digging the middle of the street and not making the surface smooth to drive on again. This is the worst I ever seen city does it does. We cannot even drive on a smooth surface. This is between 14th Avenue and 21st Avenue on Foothill Blvd. Please come back and repair the road so that we can drive on them.
