Description

Most of the alley is paved. The nursing home paved over half of it, the new dollar general paved maybe 30 feet of it from 6th street south so they could use it for another exit. This leaves maybe 200 feet unpaved. In which in washing away. The nursing home was the big user of this alley when it was open.why can't this issue be fixed? It doesn't seem fair for the few home owners that use it.
