Description

Kid with black hair in late model white Charger with black racing stripes flew by me in school zone WB elementary. No tag, new car. GWINNETT dealer, apparently.
He had ended up behind me by flying by someone else in front of the nursery at WB and NP Parkway.
Would guess he'd come through here again at around 4 PM.
Unacceptable.
