Description

The hoarder from 1066 Sea St moved into 1076 Sea st. 1076 now has 2 broken down vans (one brown and one white van) that havent moved in years. The driveways are overgrown and littered with trash. The trash can be seen through the chain link fence which borders the firehouse lawn. The tool shed roof is covered with a blue tarp.
The hoarder previously bragged that he never gets fined because he went to school with the city investigator who looked into his previous complaints.
