Description

This sunken drainage grate is dangerous to Bicyclists. The Bicycle Lane stencil essentially directs the bicyclist to ride over this grate, which is something you don't want to do. Solution: Remove the stenciling. Highlight the outline of this grate with high-viz paint. Thanks in advance!
