Description

The storm drain on Munford Street right at 701 W. Clay street is clogged with grass and weeds growing out of it. Also just south on Munford is huge tire tracks gouging the grassy area parallel to Belvidere Street. Some are caused by the garbage/recycle trucks turning from the alley.
