100 Oxford Avenue has an out of control berry tree that spread berries over cars, the street, in yards and on clothing. Mosquitos and other insect plus possums and raccoons love this feeding area. The tree and bushes in the adjoining houses grown onto the street and oncoming cars brush against them. The tree overwhelms the area it should be contained to the property it is growing on.
