Homeless person sleeping on the grass sidewalk side of the empty lot / Sherwin Williams lot. Sleeping behind a cardboard box. Litter all around the area. Person has been sleeping there for several days, leaving in the afternoon, returning at night. Leaves all his litter there. Please clean up the litter and assist the homeless person to some shelter.
