EBMUD Water Company is reporting several vehicle abandonments and illegal dumping on 1199 21st Oakland CA 94607 . EBMUD employees cleaned the areas on the sidewalk and street where the dumping took place. The vehicles have been there for more the 72 hours. See photo attachment.
