Description

There is a plastic sanitary sewer cleanout cap within the sidewalk at the end of the walk (in front of 410 Moffett St.) with a square protrusion causing a trip hazard. I believe these can be replaced with a brass cap that can be flipped over to be recessed, which will eliminate the trip hazard.
