Description

This vehicle is up on blocks, is not registered and has been inoperable for at least 10 years. Since this is in his driveway it is causing a traffic issue because he now parks his oversized vehicle on the street. This has caused cars to be side swiped because cars have to ride on the opposite side of the road.
