Description

Northbound Market St at 40th St, the traffic signal failed to detect me waiting on my bicycle right on top of the detector stencil tonight at 8:40pm. Eventually southbound Market car traffic arrived and the southbound direction got a green light, but not northbound. Please fix so this signal works for bicycle riders 100% of the time. If this can not be achieved then put it on a timed phase, not actuated.
