Description

I’ve noticed much of Euclid and Van Buren has temporary no parking signs from Rosas Bros Construction from 8/14 to 8/25. These don’t look very official and the part with the the legal information— “section 1.3....whatever”—has been torn off. Are these valid tow away no parking signs?
