Dispatched by portable 6 to check communications. Upon arriving found that the serial cable to the controller was not attached. Attached the cable and contacted portable 6 to verify communications. After a few cycles noticed that the phase 4, WB traffic was not getting a green or cycling. Found that there was no split time entered for phase 4 but, was entered for phase 3. Removed the split time of 53 seconds from phase 3 and moved it to phase 4. Checked operation and contacted portable 6 to inform of the change.
