Description
On the corner of Jefferson and Walnut there are not stop signs only dips on Jefferson. I have lived here for 17 years, we always slow for the dips and watch for traffic coming down Walnut, never had a problem. Now since the new development people do not seem to understand the concept. Today while heading to work a car sped through not slowing for the dips. I had to slam on my breaks, my head nearly went through the windshield and all my belongings fell on the car floor. I did not see him at all he flew through so fast. This is the second time this has happened, although today was much worse.
