REMOVE AND REPLACE ONE DEAD 16" LOCUST. REMOVE AND REPLACE TWO DEAD 14" LOCUST. REMOVE AND REPLACE TWO DEAD 12'' LOCUST - WITHIN 90 DAYS.

Removed one 16” locust on 3/26/2019 and the other four trees were already removed.The stumps were already ground but they need to be redone.
