Car parked in no stopping zone and car double parked in bike lane. The lack of protection for both the bike lane and the fire hydrant means that this area is used as short-term parking for Fuel Cafe constantly. Please drop some flexposts here or something, this is a constant issue that isn't fixed by occasional enforcement.
