Description

We reported a horrible odor last year and were informed it would be "fixed" by this year. Unfortunately, we can no go outside of our own home and are sickened by this noxious odor which we were told last year was unprocessed sewage. PLEASE HELP!!!

The smell has gotten really bad. Usually we only smell it out in front, but today I can smell it in my backyard. Just as a reference smell is along the lines of rotting road kill, yuck!

The SeeClickFix system is not meant for urgent issues. They say that on the webpage about it. Messages are only looked at on weekdays during business hours, and then somebody looks at it, sends it to a department, and they maybe somebody there has to pass it on to somebody else in the department...
