Description

Trash and other debris (car bumper, stroller, mattress, etc.) strewn across median between I-580 and 36th St. I reported this to Caltrans District 4 Customer Service and they responded "Per the Designated Maintenance Agreement (DMA) Caltrans has with the City of Oakland this issue belongs to them."
