Description
I reported this over 4 months ago. Called the MBTA on March 21. They said they would send someone to replace it. Still nothing. So I submitted it to 311. No response. I called 311, they transferred me to the Federal Government (Charlie Baker's) line, who said I should call 311. Submitted again to MBTA on April 3 and May 15.
What does it take to get a bus stop labelled as such?
