Description

This is the 2nd request to have this tree cut down. There is more fungus on the trunk and branches than bark, in addition to it is shedding its bark. It is definitely dying and needs to be cut down before it falls on the cars that are parked out in the court. If that happens , you will be responsible for the cost. Please take care of this problem.
