Description

Homeowner or resident at 14 Gordon Street, N. Quincy, MA dug up grass area of sidewalk in order to feed sump pump waste line onto street from basement that goes underneath asphalt area of sidewalk and grass area and is slightly exposed at edge of curb. How is it that someone can be allowed to dig up a sidewalk for this purpose.
