This needs to be reviewed by Huntsville Utilities first before Information Technology Services is assigned this request. I believe that this sidewalk window cut was part of the Huntsville Utilities fiber optic work as the sidewalks across the street (to the south) where removed and now replaced were part of that fiber optic cable installation work.
