ONCE AGAIN THE CORNER IS FLOODING DUE TO CLOGGED DRAIN. CITY WORKER THERE LAST WEEK TO FLUSH HYDRANT BUT JUST SAT IN TRUCK WATCHING WATER FLOW. WHY NOT HAVE THEM CLEAN DRAINS WHILE WAITING
