both Mt St joseph and Mt de sales have designated the park and ride at the corner of 144 and maryland 97 their morning and afternoon bustop for the 2018-2019 school year. afternoon drop off is at 3:30 pm and many parents are unable to grab their kids until 5 pm or later. Therefore many kids will be daily customers at the Dublin Donuts located directly across the street from the park and ride. We find it is very unsafe to try and cross the intersection as my son and I have crossed twice and both times cars where running g through the yellow lights to make the light. Please install a crosswalk at the intersection. of 144 and 97 before the beginning of the 2018-2019 school year. i have attached a bus route and schedule below as proof that the kids need to be able to have a safe place to wait and be picked up and a safe way to get there ( the stop is marked park and ride at 70 and 97 and this should actually read 144 and 97. as there is no other park and ride at 97 that close to 70.
