Thank you for the updated contact info Janine. Unfortunately, the phone number listed, plus ones I have found, are no good. We have permits on file for the construction, but will need to continue the due process of issuing violation (1 more required) notices before it can be assigned for city clean up. Thanks for the follow up from the City of Roswell. This definitely needs attention as the brush and construction debris is out of control and unnecessary to be left as it is. Not at all considerate of ML neighborhood and particularly neighbors that have to view this everyday. Thanks for the follow up. Joe Redmond

The City of Roswell Building Department will be issuing a Stop Work Order for this property today at 11:30 a.m. This will remain in effect until the Builder contacts the City and corrects Blight Violation on property.

Does the City no longer send someone to mow and then bill the the homeowner?

When the final step of the Abatement process has been reached, this location will likely be assigned to the City contractor for cleanup. We are diligently attempting to located the owner/contractor now to address all conditions at location.

Work has been stopped by city order at this location. Dumpster to be delivered and grass will be cut as well as the securing of the building. Code Enforcement will continue to monitor this process.
