Description

A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO THE ALLEY WAS PAVED. IT ELEVATED THE ALLEY SO THAT NOW IT IS DRAINING INTO THE RESIDENTS YARDS. THERE IS NO VISUAL DRAINAGE TO ASSIST WITH THE RAIN. PLEASE INSPECT
