Description
White house on corner of 3rd St N and Mystic Lake Drive is extremely overgrown with trees and covered in debris. The growth is past the yard/fence and going to street and into adjoining properties. The overgrowth even covers the front of the house and house number. Causing increase in neighborhood of rats, raccoons and feral cats.
