Description

I suppose this posting is more for advice. On the block of 204-220 Spencer Ave. there is dog feces on the sidewalk in many places. It’s also flattened in the sidewalk, flies everywhere. Can I post polite signs or something about picking up after dogs? Can I add a feces bag dispenser?
