Description
Over the last 2 years, as the neighbor of 4801 Shore Acres Blvd NE, I have watched the house being rented out nightly or weekly constantly. The residence is being run as an AirBnB or residential hotel and the renters are creating noise disturbances at night. I have personally witnessed over 25 different groups of people rent out the residence for a night, or a short term weekly rental.
