8/11/18 Update: Please reopen.
Sidewalk between 4726 and 4798 E12th Street is still blocked with a homeless encampment that arrived on 7/17/18. Additional materials for building a shed was dropped off this week. Their main source of water is the fire hydrant.

There is additional night time activity and even amplified music now that the occupants have a generator.
