Good morning. Same issue today. Is it a city holiday? They are on both sides of Washington.

I saw a few people getting into the cars yesterday around 3 pm. I believe they were mostly workers from the construction site across the street. Problem is, it's dangerous. People try to leave the parking lots and can't see any oncoming traffic. Not to mention the fact that all those cars are blocking an entire lane of thru traffic.
