74 Jackson Street was inspected and yellow paint was found on the sidewalk and curb. A Notice of Defacement was mailed to the property owner allowing them 30 days to correct before a summonses of $250 civil penalty can be issued and answerable at the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH). Please keep in mind that although DOT is ordering that the yellowing paint must be removed from the sidewalk and curb, it is a driveway in the back of the property and the area should not be blocked.
